urbanest is student accommodation – with a difference. Everything is just that bit better.

We pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality accommodation and sector-leading service to students and universities. Currently we have 5 properties within Zone 1 London; Hoxton, Tower Bridge, St Pancras, Kings Cross and Westminster Bridge. With exciting projects in the pipeline, urbanest is continuing to grow!

We work alongside industry leading and award winning architects, putting our residents’ needs at the forefront of any design decision. Each room is designed to maximise space and light, whilst delivering the best in modern living and fresh design concepts. Each urbanest has a community feel; with buzzing social areas and quiet study areas for residents, as well as a calendar of events helping students to discover London, settle in, meet new people and enjoy their living experience with us.

CUSTOMER AND PROPERTY TEAM

Within each of our properties, we have a dedicated Customer and Property team who take pride in delivering high quality service to all our residents. This team is made up of our Customer Support and Sales Assistants; Concierge and Maintenance Operatives who act as a first point of contact for any resident. Alongside our Assistant/Property Managers and General Managers who ensure our properties are running smoothly for our residents, day in, day out. The C&PM team is involved in every aspect of the resident’s experience at urbanest. From the initial stages of booking a room with us, to welcoming the resident on move in day and helping them with anything they may require during their stay.

No matter what role you look to pursue in our Customer and Property team, the main focus will be to provide outstanding service and assistance to all our residents.

CENTRAL SUPPORT OFFICE

Our Central Support office in London is home to our Finance, Sales and Marketing, HR and Acquisition & Development teams. We ensure urbanest is constantly leading the market and providing our residents with the best student accommodation available in London. We are actively involved in the day to day operations of our properties.

Our HR team pre-empts the needs of urbanest. They search for quality candidates who understand our values we hold and will become an asset to our company. Providing our team with the most innovative and up-to-date methods of training and learning is important across all functions within urbanest, the HR team aim to deliver this in the most effective ways. The Finance team provides key support to urbanest by providing financial support for major capital investment decisions. They focus day to day operations on safeguarding the financial assets of the company, through the implementation of ongoing management and improvement of financial controls and procedures. The Acquisition team at urbanest continue to grow our portfolio within Zone 1+ in Central London.At urbanest the Development team adopt an extremely hands on approach to the project delivery process. The Development team involvement begins by assisting the Acquisitions team in the site appraisal process. Then working as part of the client body, they take the team forward through the planning process to ensure a scheme will deliver accommodation, which will raise market expectations for student housing. Our Sales and Marketing team aim to promote urbanest online and offline, they research advances in marketing and graphic design, to ensure urbanest’s brand is contemporary and fresh. Using a range of modern marketing campaigns and techniques, the creative team connect with people and places globally.
