– We have comprehensive COVID-19 processes in place in all buildings

In line with government guidance, we now have a series of social distancing measures in operation in all our properties. These include clear signposting in all communal areas to ensure all staff and residents are able to adhere to current distancing advice.

We also have multiple hand sanitiser stations available in all communal areas plus face masks and disposable gloves are also available to all residents.

In addition to our standard cleaning procedures, we are undertaking deep cleaning in all communal areas twice daily.

We are are proud to have been awarded a BSC certificate for our Covid 19 procedures and arrangements.

Which gives you options as to how you can travel to university! If you don’t fancy jumping on the tube or on a bus then in many cases you can take a scenic walk, use of our fold up bicycles or, if you are a resident at urbanest Vauxhall, how about jumping on one of the regular river buses that can transport you into the centre of the city?

– All of our properties are in Zone One

All urbanest properties have been built in London locations that have easy access to parks and green spaces – which is ideal for daily walks & exercise or for socially distant meet-ups with friends.

They are all less than a 5-minute walk to supermarkets and pharmacy’s, so essential items are always easy to access.

– We provide super-fast broadband/WiFi in all properties

All of the rooms and communal areas at urbanest offer super-fast WiFi as part of your rent which allows you to keep in touch with friends and family via virtual platforms and will also enable you to keep on top of studies and assignment if any of your classes are being held virtually.

– An urbanest support team, on-site 24/7

All urbanest properties have an on-site building team as standard. This includes a 24/7 reception team who are on hand to monitor the entrance to the building and can help with any issues, no matter how small, at any time of day; and a maintenance team who are on hand to fix any issues you may have with your room or in any communal area.

You will always have someone from urbanest in the property at all times should you ever need to speak to someone about any issues you may be having.
