Concierge

As a concierge you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience by delivering excellent standards of service outside of normal daytime operating hours.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively, whether face to face, via telephone or in writing, with customers and colleagues, clearly understanding and responding to their needs
  • Provide ‘front of house’ services at the property as required
  • Record, log and monitor any maintenance issues that may arise within the property and liaise with the facilities team to ensure their timely repair
  • Undertake regular building patrols to identify any maintenance requirements
  • Health and Safety or security risks and complete all resultant actions in accordance to the core operating procedures
  • Support the on boarding of new members of the team, providing a warm welcome to new starters and supporting their development by answering questions and offering guidance
  • Attend and constructively contribute to team meetings (sometimes during the day) sharing knowledge and developing and supporting new ideas and improved processes
  • Contribute and support the growth of an urbanest team spirit, working in line with the values and encouraging others to do the same

Desirables

  • Experience of using business operating systems including Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrable experience of effective communication both orally and in writing
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Previous security/conflict management experience
  • Flexibility in working hours including weekend working
  • Live within a reasonable travel distance to properties within the City
  • Ability to work in multiple locations in London
