We are proud to announce the arrival of urbanest St. Pancras for September 2014. Comprising of 310 student accommodation rooms, multiple terraced communal spaces, cafe and more, urbanest St.Pancras also boasts a selection of new room types for 2014.

New Room designs, room types and products available.
In addition to an already hugely successful portfolio of room types seen at urbanest student accommodation, urbanest London St. Pancras offers a new set of products in the form of Duplex flats and Twin rooms.

Duplex flats

There are a mixture of duplex flat sizes ranging from 9 to 12 rooms. Each flat has a split level shared kitchen and living space, allowing for a more relaxed style of living.
The large kitchen downstairs has a kitchen island and Balcony allowing for plenty of space to cook and socialise. A quick trip up the stairs and you will find a large living room perfect for relaxing in with your new flat mates.

Twin Rooms

The second new product available for 2014 are Twin rooms. These rooms are similar to a studio room but much larger in size and contain two beds for two people. A moving wall can be slid across the center of the room splitting the space in two, allowing for privacy from your room mate. Available at a lower price point, twin rooms are great for friends who are looking for a high specification of central London living.

Located within a few minutes’ walk of both St Pancras International Station and the new canal side public realm emerging at the heart of King’s Cross Central, urbanest St. Pancras offers direct frontage onto the historic Regent’s Canal and iconic architecture from internationally renowned practice Allford Hall Monaghan Morris.
