1. Eligibility

• This offer is only available to individuals who have been specifically offered it by the urbanest team.

• Offer applies to new customers only booking directly via the urbanest website or an official urbanest booking link.

• The booking must be for the 2025/26 academic year at urbanest Battersea.

• Only one £500 voucher is available per booking.

• Offer is only available on en-suite rooms at urbanest Battersea.

• Offer is only available to students who book directly with urbanest.

• Students must not have cancelled or transferred their booking by the check-in date.

• Offer is only available to 51-week bookings.

2. How to Qualify

• Book a room at urbanest Battersea and confirm the booking (by paying one week’s rent and signing the agreement) by 5:30pm on Friday 19th August 2025.

• Check-in as a resident at urbanest Battersea.

3. Voucher Fulfilment

• Eligible residents will receive a £500 digital voucher of their choice.

• A selection of popular retailers and services will be available, including options for travel, groceries, tech, and more (subject to availability).

• No cash alternative is available.

4. General

• Offer is subject to availability and cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, referral programme, or discount.

• We reserve the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time without notice.

• urbanest reserves the right to withhold the voucher if any of the terms are not met or if the booking is later cancelled.
