For us location is not just about convenience, it is also about keeping our residents safe in the city. All of our buildings are located in prime areas of central London, close to the Universities, but also close to excellent major transport links so there is no need for a long walk home after enjoying the attractions of London.
Our number one priority is the safety and security of our residents. That is why, unlike some student accommodation, our properties are staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. In addition, we issue state-of-the-art electronic key fobs to all residents, without which entry to the building is not possible. What’s more, all of our buildings are designed to encourage and facilitate socialising and the integration of students. We want our residents to be happy, make friends and enjoy making the most of living on London.
Within the buildings, our friendly and knowledgeable support teams are on-hand to help 24/7. They are not just there to ensure that the building is safe, secure and running smoothly, but also to help with any questions our residents may have. From ensuring washing machines are mended quickly and efficiently, to recommending the latest bars, restaurants and attractions, our teams enjoy getting to know our residents and helping in any way they can. Resident welfare is our absolute priority. Each urbanest property also has a full schedule of resident events and activities arranged by the building’s support team to ensure they enjoy a full and varied social life with urbanest.
We have all sorts of students staying with us, all with different needs. We therefore make a big effort to provide the flexibility that they and their families require to finance their stay in London. Rooms can be secured for just one week’s rent and payment can either be in full upfront or spread over three or 10 months – the choice is yours.
