Rooms within larger 5 or 6 person apartments have shared kitchen facilities. Things to do in Tower Bridge
urbanest Tower Bridge is great for students new to London and is a great place to live for any international student looking to study in London as it is brilliantly located to enjoy many local bars and nightlife and the best of London’s social life both north and south of the river. The area surrounding tower bridge is now home to many of cities best bars and restaurants. The old Spitalfields Market is a thriving shopping, eating and socialising hub and borders Brick Lane and East London’s hip Shoreditch area with its galleries, clubs, bars, coffee shops and boutique shopping are within walking distance. There is simply so much to student life at Tower Bridge.
Head south to Borough Market and the fashionable Bermondsey Street area to discover many fashionable bars and restaurants. Bankside also provides many options for a day out with the Globe Theatre and the Tate Modern within walking distance.
A short walk from urbanest Tower Bridge to London Liverpool Street station gives direct access (8 mins) to London’s Olympic Park and the major shopping destination, Westfield Stratford.

There are plenty of supermarket options nearby. Just a short walk away you will find Tesco, Sainsbury’s and Waitrose. You’ll also find a range of gyms, laundrettes, pharmacies and cashpoints. On arrival, make sure you have an exploration of the local area so you know where everything is.
There are several GP surgeries nearby, which are really important to know about when moving to a new area. Make sure you register with one of these when you first get to London, so you can get any prescriptions and be able to see a doctor if you need to.
Tower Bridge Transport Links
Tower Hill and Aldgate tube stations are a few minutes walk from urbanest Tower Bridge student accommodation and give easy access to the Circle Line, the District Line and the Metropolitan Line. Tower Gateway DLR station is also a 2-minute walk away and connects to Canary Wharf, East London and Greenwich to the south of the Thames.
