To help support our community and keep everyone safe, this means the following additional measures will be in place at all urbanest buildings;

  • Common rooms and spaces remain open for use by 1 household (flat) at a time.
  • 1 Guest may be invited into the property per resident.
  • Our fitness areas are open , please see the signage in your building for how this may have changed.

We would also ask that you continue to follow all Government advice and remember ‘Hands, Face, Space’;

  • Wash your hands regularly for at least 20 seconds
  • Cover your face including when inside urbanest, in the shops or on public transport
  • Make space and keep at least 1 metre apart at all times.
