Summer Stay Offer 2025 Terms and Conditions – urbanest Battersea

  1. Offer Summary
    Enjoy a discount of up to £1,000 on summer stays at urbanest Battersea, depending on the length of your booking.
  2. Eligibility
    This offer is valid for new bookings only at urbanest Battersea for stays taking place between 24th June and 31st August 2025.
  3. Discount Tiers
  • Bookings of 28 to 41 nights will receive a £250 discount.
  • Bookings of 42 to 55 nights will receive a £500 discount.
  • Bookings of 56 to 70 nights will receive a £1,000 discount.
  1. Booking Requirements
  • Minimum stay: 28 consecutive nights
  • Maximum stay: 90 consecutive nights
  • Stay must fall entirely within the offer period (24th June – 31st August 2025).
  • Offer subject to availability and applies only to eligible stay durations.
  • Only one offer can be applied per booking.
  1. General Terms
  • Offer is non-transferable and has no cash value.
  • Discount will be applied to your total rent due, as confirmed in your tenancy agreement.
  • urbanest reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer at any time without prior notice.
