Urbanest is committed to supporting our residents, employees, university partners and communities by acting in a responsible manner and closely following expert advice from Public Health England to minimise the risk of coronavirus being spread.

 

We have introduced processes to ensure all our residents continue to receive direct support from our onsite teams who are focused on the safety and well-being of those living in our properties.  We have also increased our remote support team providing Live-Chat and Telephone assistance to customers.  As always, Urbanest continues to work closely with our university partners to support each resident’s specific needs.

We have increased available capacity, ensuring any extra demand does not impact your ability to study & relax

Our third-party support teams continue to monitor our security and life safety systems, keeping you safe and assisting our onsite emergency team respond to all our residents’ requirements.

 

Continued enhanced cleaning

Our cleaning partner continues to work hard to ensure our buildings stay clean and our enhanced cleaning regime remains in place.
