Recommend a Friend This Summer – Terms & Conditions

Know someone looking for summer accommodation in London? Recommend them to urbanest and, once they check in, you’ll both receive a £100 voucher as a thank you.

1. Eligibility

This offer is open to current urbanest residents only.

To qualify as the referrer, you must be living in an urbanest property at the time the referral is made.

The referred customer must be a new customer booking a summer stay directly with urbanest.

This offer applies to summer stays only and does not apply to 2026/27 academic year bookings.

Offer ends on the 1st August 2026.

2. Reward

Both the current resident and the referred customer will receive a £100 voucher each.

Vouchers will only be issued once the referred customer has successfully checked in for their summer stay.

Voucher must be a single voucher for the full amount and be for one of the following:

  • Amazon UK
  • John Lewis
  • Major UK supermarket
  • Selfridges
  • Deliveroo
  • Ikea

3. Qualifying bookings

To qualify for this offer, the referred booking must be made directly with urbanest.

Bookings made through the following channels are not eligible:

  • university accommodation partners
  • university nomination schemes
  • third-party booking agents
  • any other external booking platform or referral partner
  • minimum stay requirement of 6 week

This offer applies to summer bookings only.

4. How to refer a friend

To make a referral, either:

  • the current resident must reply to the campaign email with their friend’s details
    or
  • the referred customer must provide the full name and room number of the resident when contacting our team or making their booking

urbanest reserves the right to request additional information to validate the referral.

5. When the voucher is issued

The voucher will be sent to both parties within 14 days of the referred customer checking in.

If the referred customer cancels, does not arrive, or fails to check in, no voucher will be issued.

6. Multiple referrals

Residents may refer more than one friend.

Each successful direct summer booking that results in a check-in will qualify for a separate voucher reward, subject to these terms.

7. General terms

urbanest reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.

The decision of urbanest regarding eligibility and qualification for the offer is final.
