Referral Offer 2025 – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • This offer is only open to current residents of urbanest at the time of referral.
  • The referred friend must be a new guest who has not previously stayed with us.
  • For bookings made between the 23rd June and the 1st August.

2. Offer Details

  • Refer a friend to book and stay with us for summer 2025 or the 2025/26 academic year at a designated urbanest property (subject to availability), and both you and your friend will receive a £100 voucher.
  • The voucher will be sent to both parties via email once the referred guest has checked in for their stay.

3. How to Refer

  • Referrals must be submitted via email to [email protected].
  • The referred person must include the referrer’s full name and room number at their time of booking or in their initial enquiry

4. Booking Criteria

  • The referred guest must book a summer stay of at least 6 weeks.
  • Or they must book a room for the 2025/26 academic year, starting from September 2025.

5. Voucher Details

  • Vouchers will be issued within 14 days of the referred guest’s check-in.
  • Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Type of voucher (e.g., Amazon, supermarket, prepaid card) will be confirmed at the time of issue and may be subject to availability.

6. Limitations

  • There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer, but a maximum of one £100 voucher per referred guest will be issued.
  • This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.
  • Buildings and specific rooms are subject to availability.

7. General

  • We reserve the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity (e.g., self-referrals) will result in disqualification from the promotion.
  • Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
