Our RAD student accommodation offers a choice of student beds arranged into shared apartments of en-suite and shared en-suite rooms. All our student flats provide an array of facilities to make you feel at home.

All our shared kitchens come equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave oven, ceramic hob, extensive cupboard space, and a dishwasher. The bathroom facilities are also of the highest specification.

Sustainable Living

One of the most unique aspects of our Battersea student accommodation is its structure and design.

This is a state-of-the-art building that is leading the revolution in sustainable buildings. Our Battersea accommodation was constructed to Passivhaus standards.

Buildings are responsible for 35% of the world’s energy consumption, but through Passivhaus, we were able to build self-sufficient student accommodation. With very high insulation levels, airtight building fabrics and ‘thermal bridge-free’ construction, we aim to recover 80% of all heat.

It is due to Passivhaus that our Battersea student accommodation has heat recovery ventilation, meaning that energy is not lost through the building but is kept cool enough to remain comfortable. What’s more, with all air being filtered, air quality is better, especially for those suffering from allergies.
