The Royal Veterinary College has two campuses across the UK, one in Hertfordshire and one in London. The London Campus is situated in Camden, which is a central location in terms of transport links and things to do.

For the most privacy, take a look at our studio flats, which are completely self-contained so you can follow your own schedule with a private kitchen, living area, and bathroom. One of the main benefits of this area for RVC accommodation is the transport links. Thanks to its central location you can travel around London, the UK, and even Europe by walking ten minutes to King’s Cross St Pancras Station. It is also one of London’s most connected stations in terms of the underground lines. If you’d like to go even further, St Pancras International is home to the Eurostar, a train which can take you to cities like Amsterdam, Brussels or Paris in a few hours.
While this area is fantastic for travellers who want to venture out, there is also plenty to do and see on your doorstep. For example, the British Library is the largest library in the world and is only a 17-minute walk from your door. On top of this, the famous Camden Market is also just 17 minutes walk away. This offers thousands of stalls selling food, unique gifts, and crafts.

This means you can get to lectures via an 18-minute bus ride, a 17-minute walk, or a quick 6-minute cycle. As this accommodation is very close to our St Pancras property, it boasts the same transport links and things to do.

King’s Cross is a great choice for Royal Veterinary College students looking for more space with our luxury studio apartments, which each have balconies so you can enjoy the panoramic views of London.
If you prefer a livelier living space, our en-suite rooms are part of 6-8 person flats. This means you still have your own space, but can enjoy social time in the shared living room and kitchen.

Royal Veterinary college Accommodation residents can take advantage of the communal relaxation or gaming areas, such as our dedicated 13th-floor common room. This includes a full cafe on the ground floor, where you can grab your morning coffee or an evening beer with your flatmates.

Benefits of Living in King’s Cross
King’s Cross is one of the most enviable locations in London, so there are endless benefits and advantages to choosing this central student accommodation. Similarly to urbanest St Pancras, the closest tube station for King’s Cross residents is King’s Cross St Pancras Underground Station, which is only 15 minutes’ walk from our property. Here, you can access the Circle, Hammersmith & City, Metropolitan, Northern, Piccadilly, and Victoria line, allowing you to get across the capital in a matter of minutes. On top of that, the National Rail and the Eurostar allow you to travel as far as you’d like, ideal for adventurers.
One of the main tourist attractions of this area for RVC accommodation is the celebrated platform 9 ¾ from Harry Potter, which is based inside the aforementioned King’s Cross and St Pancras International Station. Here, you can pose with the famous trolley for a photo opp.
As well as tourist attractions, you can also expect a range of restaurants and bars within walking distance. For example, tapas restaurant Camino King’s Cross is less than 15 minutes walk from you. In terms of nightlife, Egg London hosts weekly student nights and is a 4-minute walk from your door. Finally, for a more relaxed night, Bloomsbury Lanes is just 20 minutes away via tube. This is a 1950’s inspired bowling alley with an American diner inside and private karaoke booths.
