Book an immediately available room at urbanest Battersea before Friday, 21st March 2025, and receive £500 back as a voucher.

Terms and Conditions

1. To qualify, you must have completed your booking, made the required advance payment, and received a Booking Confirmation email before 23:59 (GMT) on 21st March 2025.
2. The offer applies to new bookings only for an immediate move-in at urbanest Battersea.
3. The one-week rent back will be provided in the form of a voucher after check-in and cannot be exchanged for cash or rent deductions.
4. The promotion applies only to direct bookings made through urbanest and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
5. Failure to comply with the terms of the Residence Agreement may result in the offer being withdrawn.
